Southern Tangy Ribs
Ingredients:

4 lbs spareribs, 1/2 cup onion(diced), 1/2 cup green pepper, 2-3 tsp's black pepper. 1-2 cups Stubbs BBQ baste, 1 braise vinegar, 1 cup of Mesquite BBQ sauce,

2-4 tsp's garlic salt(preference), 1 pot, 2 garlic cloves(chopped), 1 large pot, 1 baking dish

How To:
Cut up onions,cut up peppers. Season ribs with 2 tsps of pepper and 2 tsp's garlic salt. Place ribs in a pot.
Add water to ribs(covering ribs),sprinkle 2 tsp's garlic salt and 1 tsp of pepper to top of water.(This seasoning cooks down into the meat).
Now add garlic cloves to water.Boil for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then remove ribs from pot,place them in baking dish with bits of onion,peppers and cloves. Braise ribs with vinegar. Add Stubbs Baste to each rib,cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 Degrees,remove then add Mesquite BBQ sauce and continue to bake for 20 more minutes.
